Consultation/Appointment
Once you have discussed your needs, with Susan you will then be confident in the knowledge that she only provides a thorough & professional service leaving you in no doubt as to the outcome of your procedure.
Once you have made your appointment for treatment a sensitivity patch test will be sent to you by post in order to check your comparability with pigments and numbing cream. An instructions leaflet and confirmation letter will also be sent.
More often than not, Susan's clients are more than happy to continue to have a consultation and procedure on the same day. For those whom are very nervous and apprehensive a separate consultation is available.
Consultation/Procedure
You will find the consultation/procedure with Susan to be very informative and she will answer all your questions and/or concerns you may have.
A topical numbing cream is applied whilst medical and consent forms are completed this is to ensure suitability for your procedure.
Susan will then discuss with you what results you would like to achieve with permanent cosmetics and with her knowledge and expertise she will help you to decide on a realistic choice which is right for you.
* Assess the best procedure and colour for you. This colour will be unique to you and chosen from our vast range of Nouveau pharmaceutically graded pigments giving you a personalized colour match to compliment the over all appearance of your skin, hair and eye colour.
* Before Photography . Before any designing or procedure takes place a series of before photographs are taken. These are for Susan's own records and clients can then view their *before and after* photos.
* Measurements are then taken to ensure symmetry and balance. Using traditional cosmetics (I.e. brow pencils, eyeliner and lip liner pencils) Susan will then enhance or create a look which is unique for you, this will allow you to visualize how the permanent make-up will look and ensures the finished result is exactly what you want.
Only when you are completely satisfied with the design will it then be used as the template for your procedure. Be assured Susan will never carry out any procedure until you are completely happy with your design.
At this stage the procedure takes place. Anaesthetic cream/gell is applied through out the procedure delivering maximum comfort at all times. The selected pigments are implanted into the skin by tiny needles using the latest state of the art computerised equipment.
Post:: Procedure photography. Again a series of photographs are taken for Susan's records and the client can now views their before and after photos to see the difference permanent cosmetics has made for them.
Aftercare. The aftercare details will be explained to you to ensure maximum care is taken to your treated areas. You will be given your aftercare instruction sheet, healing balm, and Susan's contact details should you wish to contact her with any questions.
Payment. We accept all major credit /debit cards and cash. Unfortunately cheque's are no longer accepted.
Be sure to book your Finishing touches perfecting top-up.
Finishing Perfecting Top-up Appointment. This appointment is to be taken between 4 to 12 weeks after your initial procedure. This ensures a colour boost and refines any adjustments to be made in perfecting the final result of your permanent cosmetics.
Time Table
Consultation/procedures: Please allow between 2 to 2 ½ hours, some procedures may take longer, Susan will advise you when making your appointment.
Consultation: Please allow between 30 minutes and 1 Hour.
Finishing touches perfecting Top-up: Please allow between 1 to 2 hours, Again depending on the procedure, Susan will advise.
Annual Colour Boost:: Please allow 1 to 2 hours.
Disclaimer
All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of the treatment. Failing this New Lines by Susan reserve the right to charge all unattended appointments to the full value of the procedure.
Second procedures if cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged at the full rate.
